lots of people on here have told you that you are intellectually dishonest, that you jump between topics when you're losing, that you outright lie on a regular basis etc. these are all well established facts. what have I accused you of that isn't true?

when trump does this it is because they have attached him or asked him a question he doesn't want to answer. I say these things because you avoid answering questions, you lie, you're intellectually dishonest etc. in this example of yours I would say you are much closer to acting like trump than I am.

3 years, 9 months ago

you're in aren't you? sounds like it's too late to stop the bad people from getting in.
and you call me illogical and not articulate. you accuse me of lies. trump loves to accuse people of lies. call their plans bad, and say they are a bad person.

your very similar to trump in this way historybuff.

3 years, 9 months ago

also I'm saying things I can give evidence for. he just throws out insults at anyone who questions him on anything.

He has also said Mexicans are rapists and criminals. Not specific individuals, but as a group. His bullying his opponents is bad, his racism, sexism and blatant lies are worse.

3 years, 9 months ago

have you heard what trump has said about Cruz and Jeb? he was saying a single person, whose views he knows, is a bad person.

3 years, 9 months ago

saying a right wing extremist is bad person? first of all it was a joke. secondly I'm not discriminating against an entire group. I'm saying a single person, whose views I know, is a bad person. that is nothing like a trump statement.

U can't get good people u have to make them good

a trump like statement right there historybuff.

no. the wall is there to enforce a law "no illegal people are allowed"
there is no law a saying "do good on your SAT or your gone"
legal immigration programs let good people in. we want good people right?

you were saying that illegal immigrants take up space, and I'm saying that there are plenty of US citizens that are just as bad, should you keep them away with a wall?

I know we have stupid people in america. I don't see your point.

there are plenty of Americans who wouldn't qualify as legal immigrants if they were foreign

3 years, 9 months ago

Dave there is a system now, look it up. without illegal immigrants taking up space, more legals can come in. what would you rather have the best immigrants, or any immigrants?

3 years, 9 months ago

so goes the Republican propaganda.
have you ever bothered to look up the actual numbers or verify the Bullshit you repeat?

http://www.amren.com/news/2015/07/new-doj-statistics-on-race-and-violent-crime/

What qualifies someone to come in? Do they have to be a doctor or lawyer? In that case you have turned your back on what built America and made it great. "Give me your tired, your sick, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

Building a wall accomplishes nothing and has never worked. Why repeat failed attempts?

How do you propose illegal immigrants be "taken care of?" Trump wants to kick them all out, which means kicking on doors all over the nation to root them out. Would your family appreciate secret police raiding your house and searching it to make sure you weren't sheltering any illegals? What happens to people who are American citizens but have no ID when stopped? Are they detained and deported? The belief that many of societies ills can be blamed on immigrants is no more true in America than it was on the Simpsons (it's not bears either).

3 years, 9 months ago

the illegal immigrants you hate so much are no different than your (or my) ancestors that came to the new world. they didn't come with permission either. the difference is that illegal immigrants get jobs and help the economy. out ancestors have them small pox and killed half of them.

illegal immigrants aren't hurting America. they want to be part of America. they do the kind of jobs most American won't do. big parts of your economy are dependant on them. not to mention you couldn't get them out if you tried anyway.

3 years, 9 months ago

Dave, there is a system for legal immigration into the us. the wall will have a gate to let only qualified people in. once illegals are tacken care of, more legal immigrants can come in, so more good people will come to America.

what did the blacks do in the US?
are you comparing migration with being brought here as slaves?

the migrants in Europe are banned from working because of the law until they get confirmed status. and can you back up this claim that they are involved in criminal activity?

your opinion on gay marriage is immoral. these people simply want to live together and be recognized as a loving union. you are impeding their right to pursuit happiness in a way that doesn't hurt anyone. banning gay marriage is unconstitutional.

Where your argument becomes useless is the "without permission" part. How do you get permission? How long does it take? What are the odds your family will die while waiting? These things factor into deciding whether to try to immigrate legally.

3 years, 9 months ago

These people affect the GDP and prosperity of a nation see what is happening in Europe these refugees are the ones who are involved in majority of the criminal activities and don't forget what the blacks did in US

3 years, 9 months ago

ok, what is wrong with the law "you can't come to America without permission"
if there is nothing wrong with that law, and it is a just law, enforce it.
if there is something wrong with the law, tell me.

I break into someone's home then steal their 1 million dollors. that takes courage, and bravery. it also leads to a better life for me.
I did break the law "no breaking and entering" is there something wrong with that law?

and let's say for a moment the law of illegal immigrants is bad. does that mean we get to break it? I think the law of gay marraige is immoral, does that mean I get to stop it from happening? nope.

3 years, 9 months ago

Its the same time thing in one you make yourself rich and in another you make your country men rich and US now is a world power a developed nation amd it shoul do what a developed nation does SHOW OFF and this guy can get the job done no matter what

if the number of jobs has been increasing steadily every month, and the unemployment figure stayed the same, that would mean people who were not looking for work have been returning to the workforce/ job hunt.

do you know how to add and subtact? where are you getting your lies?

3 years, 9 months ago

unemployment rates tell you nothing, it's the % of Americans who are able to work, but are not working. that % is on the rise.

this may shock you hilary supporters, but having criminals is bad. it's bad to be crimminal. ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARE CRIMMINALS!

3 years, 9 months ago

unemployment is falling, and I believe an influx of able bodied workers is a good thing for a country.

3 years, 9 months ago

Because of all those promise and i belive you Americans are fed up with Mexicans and Muslims more than anyone and the rate of unemployment is on rise

3 years, 9 months ago

why?

3 years, 9 months ago

I belive trump can make a difference for the people of USA

3 years, 9 months ago

also there is one major difference between a company and government, THE GOAL. A government does not exist for the purpose of making money, while that is the only reason for the existence of companies.

a different goal requires different priorities and a completely different path. I am not sure leadership from one would fit well in the other. ex politicians often become lobbyists, not CEOs, the opposite is likely equally a bad fit.

3 years, 9 months ago

LONGLIVE TRUMP!!!!

3 years, 9 months ago

good leaders make people around them rich as well, not just themselves.

good leaders don't leave everyone around them bankrupt.

3 years, 9 months ago

because good leaders don't turn 1 million into 10 billion, run successful businesses, create more jobs then lose, and negotiate great deals.

unless your living in a fantasy world firing people is sometimes needed to succeed.

3 years, 9 months ago

Carson is all but eliminated at this point. he isn't really an option any more.

trump is a corporate raider. he costs as many jobs as he creates. he has bankrupted companies and lost other peoples money. he does not speak the truth. he lies, constantly. he outright said that he could run for the Republicans by lying, and now he's doing it.

he is intimidating and scary. but not because he is so strong or good or anything like that. it's because he is so dumb and reckless and that people actually take him seriously. he is a flashy con man. nothing more. and they never make good leaders.

3 years, 9 months ago

Trump will make good deals at other countries expense. because he is good at that. he will gain money, jobs, businesses for the US economy.

most importantly he is a leader. is is strong, and speaks his mind, and the truth. he is intimidating, and funny, scary, and friendly.

Trump is the best leader running for pres, and the best one I trust to deal with the economy.

on that note: GO CARSON!!

there two types of businessmen, those that get everyone around them rich with them, and those that get rich at those people's expense.

Trump never filed for personal bankruptcy, but how many bankruptcies are associated with his actions? how many people did he relocate using eminent domain?

I understand doing whatever it takes to succeed if you have nothing, but he inherited several million back when that was A LOT. What was he so hungry for that he would screw people who are fighting to stay afloat?

In a business deal, if it falls apart you lose some money. In tense negotiations with a foreign power you could lose lives by starting an unnecessary war.

I completely disagree. the aim of a business is to make money, the aim of a government is to do what's best for the people.

3 years, 9 months ago

the economy has to with money. trump is great with money.
running a country is similar to running a large business.
a businessman must make good deals. Trump has, or he wouldn't be successful. so why is making a deal with Iran so drastically different from a large business deal?

3 years, 9 months ago

that's part of the point. he isn't a politician. he is a cut throat capitalist. at least politicians pretend like they want the common good. all trump wants is money and power for himself, everyone else be dammed.

3 years, 9 months ago

well i think trump might win the presidency because he is not a politician

3 years, 9 months ago
PsychDave
replied to...

You can be a good negotiator without being a jerk, as has been shown many times throughout history. The other problem is that it isn't just enemies that the president has to negotiate with. Imagine trying to work out a trade deal with someone who won't stop shouting obscenities at you. How do you think our allies would take that? How well would negotiations with a female world leader go if he started telling her she must be bleeding from here wherever for not agreeing with him? He is an embarrassment and would taint the US image not just domestically but globally. The fact that he has gotten this far is already embarrassing.

3 years, 9 months ago

why are leftists arguing over this, let trump be the nominee and have a guaranteed democratic win?

3 years, 9 months ago

Why would they be any more scared of trump? he has no foreign policy experience. he knows nothing about international treaties. He has no more options to deal with Iran than anyone else. Saying that others would be afraid of crossing him is foolish. Look at the madman theory used by Nixon. He thought that by convincing them he was willing to use any means to win that they wouldn't dare cross him. He was wrong. It doesn't work. It wouldn't work for trump either,

3 years, 9 months ago

trump is an a**, he also writes checks to everyone. everyone loves and hates him. I do. lol.
you can be a good negotiater if your nice. trump is an a** so people don't cross him. do you think iran will want to break a deal with trump to answer to? I think not.

3 years, 9 months ago
PsychDave
replied to...

Part of negotiation is not being an a** to those you are negotiating with. Trump has already failed at that and he isn't even president yet.

By your comparison that makes Trump a serial killer compared to the others who are guilty of second degree murder. Which is worse?

3 years, 9 months ago

PsychDave trump turned 1 million into 10 billion, mostly because he is a great negotiater, he knows how to trade.

ok bernie only said one sexist thing, that's ok, as long as you don't do often...

that's like saying stabbing one person is ok, as long as you don't stab 10 people.

3 years, 9 months ago

bernie wants
10=20. that is not fair and hating those who have to pay 20.

3 years, 9 months ago

you're going to have to provide a link to that quote. and how is asking them to pay their fair share of taxes bullying? you really need to try to back up the rediculous things you say.

3 years, 9 months ago

"Yes, Sanders is extreme as well, but he is not a hate mongering, sexist bully with a tendency to fly off the handle. "

bernie has said that woman fantasize about being raped.
and he clearly hates the rich people. he wants to bully the rich people so bad.

3 years, 9 months ago

you are not the best country. your standard of living is lower than several other countries. having the most money and the biggest military does not make you the best country. Sanders is trying to bring you into the 21st century in terms of protecting your people. You seem to want to stay in the 20th century.

3 years, 9 months ago

"he's not really extreme, free healthcare and some of the other stuff he is proposing is quite normal in many contries"

what is it with america trying to lower ourselves to be like other countries. we are the best, the most influential, and most powerful country. why doesn't sanders want that.

3 years, 9 months ago

"You laugh at others for opposing Trump, most of the world laughs at anyone who supports him."

again I don't support trump. he is 4th on my list.
and I'm not laughing at you for opposing trump, I'm laughing at you for saying "trump did A so I don't like him" then going to vote for sanders and Hilary who did A.

Alex, do you actually have arguments, or just inane chatter?

Clinton has not committed felonies, so unless you have some knowledge the rest of the world does not, you should tone down the slander.

Yes, Sanders is extreme as well, but he is not a hate mongering, sexist bully with a tendency to fly off the handle.

You laugh at others for opposing Trump, most of the world laughs at anyone who supports him.

3 years, 9 months ago

I love it. I'm laughing so hard right now.
you say trump is too extreme then vote for sanders.
you say trump may have done same thing illegal, then vote for hillary.

3 years, 9 months ago

the opinion polls beg to differ. outside of hard core Republicans, trumps polls aren't that good. he does well among people who are hard right wing. but that won't win the election. he is too extreme.

3 years, 9 months ago

and I wouldn't be accusing trump of an illegal action he did 30 years ago and and then go vote for Clinton. lol. your soooo smart...

3 years, 9 months ago

Chris Christi just endorsed trump. no way Rubio can win. trump hating rebublicans hate Clinton more. if Clinton wasn't a crimminal and didn't commit felonies then you would have an argument. Trump will win 40 of 50 states.

bring in Biden for the liberals?

3 years, 9 months ago

there is a good chance he will win the nomination because the Republicans voting for the nomination have alot of dumb, easily swayed people. but if only 40% of Republicans will vote for him and everyone else is appalled by him, then he can't win an actual election. both Democratic candidates would beat him as it stands right now.

3 years, 9 months ago

Trump will destroy anyone, he doesn't need silly things like facts or reality.

I loved this exchange:
"you hire people illegally"
trump: "I hire people, you don't"

totally avoiding the point and the issue, but stupid people love eating well crafted bullsh*t lol

3 years, 9 months ago

I think he has such a big lead, Rubio can't catch him. Kasich and Carson need to drop out now, back Rubio, have Rubio say kasich will be VP and hope.

I would love to see a trump Hilary debate. that would be funny. Trump would absolutely destroy her.

I think my new favorite show is the GOP presidential debates. Last night's debate was the best so far.

3 years, 9 months ago

it still isn't certain he can win the nomination. and it is far less certain that he could win an election.
