trump is the one who was corrupting politicians. I'd say that makes him worse.
hillary is corrupted
health care was already expensive and rising rapidly. we didn't go from 0 to 3 trillion, we were already spending insane amounts on health care before Obama care, which successfully decreased the growth of health care costs for the first time in at least decades.
our current wall spending is minimal and you would bring a flood of all new spending. with absolutely no benefit. drugs will keep coming through ports and tunnels, as will illegals who literally have no other options and are already risking their lives on the journey. a wall won't stop them, especially since the vast majority of them aren't walking across the border.
we had an entire thread regarding this subject, if you want to continue this discussion, I'll resurrect it.
it is one thing to support the police, it's another thing to declare that within weeks of his presidency all violence will stop... cause I there is no way to guarantee that without massive repressive force. and that is not the kind of peace I personally want to be a part of.
"If we have better education and more jobs, crime will be better of and people will be less likely to commit crimes if they have a good job and good education. That is a known fact"
agreed, except no Republican at all had any plan to increase access to education, college or training, and any jobs that don't require those things are worthless.
"He has given economic driven plan to fix these solutions because when you have a good economy everything else just works."
like printing money recklessly and defaulting on our debt? we discussed those and you have yet to explain how those things will help anything.
Well, walls do work. Quite frankly, I think ladders were invented around the same time as walls, and people kept on building them. Simplicity is sometimes the best option. Plans that work are not always super complicated ones, and sometimes those are the ones that do not work.
About law and order, he is not a dictator that wants martial law. We need to give more respect to law enforcement and support them on the way. He has given economic driven plan to fix these solutions because when you have a good economy everything else just works.
If we have better education and more jobs, crime will be better of and people will be less likely to commit crimes if they have a good job and good education. That is a known fact. What plans do you feel are bland? By the way, we have spent 3 trillion on a failed healthcare policy. After we replace it, we will have more than enough money to bay for a wall that is 25 billion and only cost a billion a year. Have you literally seen somethings we are spending money on that cost way more than a wall?
I think trump has oversimplified solutions that sound like they came from a wordy child. the wall won't stop anything, Mexico won't pay for it, it'll just put us more in debt. mass deportation you said your against. his economic plan is baffling. and his promise of no crime within 2 weeks just sounds like martial law, I mean how else?
despite 1 or 2 OK end goals of his, all of his plans to get to those goals are childish or unspecified.
Nemiroff in all seriousness, I think Trump has great solutions for fixing our problems today. Trump mentioned debt is complicated and tricky thing. I do disagree with him on things such as deportation and I have a hard time understanding him on issues like debt.
http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/09/politics/donald-trump-national-debt-strategy/ I read the whole thing and whole situation. I did not mean to dodge you question. Quite frankly, I did not see it.
No one can bye TRUMP
the consequences of not paying your bills?
or the result of randomly printing money to pay off bills?
both of these are very much based in facts, your arbitrary and nonspecific reply is the only thing not based on anything.
You have no basis in fact.
a different outlook? omg, why have I never thought of that? and here I am paying my bills like an honest person when I can just be trump and tell my creditors to f*** off! aren't you guys supposed to preach fiscal responsibility or is that another core value you are fine betraying along with the protection of private property? yall are just sad now.
there are consequences to defaulting, consequences trump doesn't have to pay, and we showed how much trump cares about other people's fiscal problems. I'm not worried about Trump after a Trump presidency, I'm worried about my country.
as for printing money, cmon dalton, i was certain you would know this. this isn't economics 101, this is highschool stuff. you can print all the money you want but it won't create value. all you'll do is screw anyone with a savings. don't you remember post ww1 germany? they tried the money printing and there are pictures of people literally burning money cause it was worth less than the paper they were printed on and they needed heat!
It is certainly a different outlook, and a different proposal. Why should I have a problem with it and why does it go against simple economics?
Oh sorry, I skipped a whole sentence. I was skimming over what you said and missed that sorry.
his plan to default on our debt and his solution of just printing more money show a remarkable lack of understanding of economics. I brought those specific examples up and they were summarily avoided.
do you care to address those or would you prefer to just ignore inconvenient trump statements
*progressive, not convention
His career has been very successful. Yes, some did fail, and that is always the case with everyone. You cannot deny created 4.5 billion out of a million is not success, and if you do, that is the very definition of ignorant. He has proposed tons of solutions, and probably more than Hillary. In Hillary's speeches all I hear is, we need not to turn on each other and Donald Trump is a bigot. That is it, and there is not denying that. She never talks about ISIS or job creation and if she does it is really rare compared to Donald Trump. I am literally tired of that argument Hillary says and brainwashes her supporters with it. I literally watched her say "America is great, we need to come together, now you know my plan, challenge Donald Trump, and he is a bigot" I was so mad because she literally has no substance. If you want to have an intelligent conversation about failure and people too run a country, look at Hillary. She has no success anywhere she goes, except the number of scandals and lying about x scandals. She lies to you constantly and I do not know how you can tolerate it. Let's view over Hillary Clinton's career,
1. Under a failed Administration during Benghazi, she failed to tell Americans the truth, including the families.
2. For no reason, she lied about sniper fire in Bosnia.
3. She was careless for 4 consecutive years using a classified email server. She lied to the American people saying it was only for one device, she lied to them saying I did not receive any information that was MARKED classified at the time, and she lied saying the emails were between me and Bill.
4. She was against Gay marriage, and she said quote "I believe it was a sacred bond between a man and a women." She lied to her voters saying she always supported gay marriage on a CNN debate.
5. ^She had the same situation with being a moderate or a convention.
6. Ect. I cant type anymore.
Let's view over Donald Trump's economic plan,
1. Rip up trade deals that screw over the American worker, and renegotiate them individually. No bilateral trade agreements.
2. Lower taxes for the American worker and businesses.
3. Punish companies that outsource jobs with a 35% tax on the products they sell.
4. Create a stronger immigration policy, and I think you know what parts of that are.
5. Deregulate certain industries so they can have room to move.
Choose one that shows a lack of substance and lack of understanding on economic principles.
I'm pretty sure trump is just a guy with showmanship. he isn't actually very bright. alot of his business ventures fail. he has just learned to delegate his businesses to much smarter people and bank of his name. in short, he's all flash and no substance. that's not the sort of man to lead a country.
Trump wants America to default on its debt and has claimed that we can just print money. as a big shot businessman I would assume he would understand economics, but these statements from him sound like he is completely ignorant of even the most basic economic principles.
it really makes me question his intelligence.
I think Trump will fix the corrupt government system and decaying failed policies that have hurt so many. Obama has not done shit for anyone, and what makes people think Hillary will do better than him? Also, Hillary knows how to profit from corporations and expand her paycheck by selling herself out to big money while working for the people.
that doesn't even make sense. Hilary has been in the government for years.
all trump knows how to do is bribe government officials to get condemn people's houses.
