If you walk through a wealthy neighborhood, it will very likely be clean. Part of this is because people are employed to clean it, but part is because the perception of the neighborhood matters to the so they do not tend to litter or spray paint on buildings.
Walk through a poor neighborhood and you will see more trash, graffiti and other mess. Again, part is the lack of people paid to clean it up but there is also a lack or the same kind of pride in their community.
None if this is criticisms of either group, and it is an oversimplified stereotype as there are people of all types in every tax bracket, but it has been fairly accurate in my experience.
I don't even know what you mean by this, only educated people litter? like really?
this statement is a fallacy. not every educated or uneducated person lives the same way.
