I wonder why some people don’t eat meat For me, meat should be included in my meal besides vegetables. I don’t know whether Vegan people don’t follow a healthy diet or not. Honestly, the best way for diet does not mean avoiding some food but it should be done by doing some sports.

If vegans eat a variety of beans, then they get protein needs. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables provide many essential nutrients. Any diet/lifestyle can be healthy if varied.
