That's why we need others’ support. Sometimes you feel like you can't. On the other hand people believe that you can do that as you have the ability for that. The anxiety and ego are the main parts of you which can give negative thinking. What you have to do in order to think smarter is to manage your emotion. Believe in yourself is a must but you should be an open-minded person who is pleased to receive any comments or suggestions. I believe the criticisms from others will make us better.
