Helping is the kindest act to do and we must not see the person who help first. Helping can enhance your empathy because it sends a positive energy for a giver and a taker. At the office, for example, when your partner in one department has a workload and it’s deadline while you are free, it’s a wise choice to help him/her so that after finishing the jobs both of you can hang out together and have some fun to relieve stress while working.
