Income inequality is still rampant... While we have minority and women leaders, these aren't representative of those populations as a whole. Sociological studies show that minorities, by a large margin, don't have the socioeconomic mobility white men have. We are getting better, but to claim that all are equal is to be ignorant of the facts.
Human race provides equality for sharing opinions between a man and a woman, a rich and a poor as well. It is also regulated in human rights. We can freely express the opinions as far as it is not against the rules. It is proven by the existence of women’s leader in the government institution.
