All wars are terrible . I disagree with Saudi Arabia's politic , but we have to make a pressure on Arabia only by diplomacy , without war .
Like my comment , if you agree , please .
Saudi Arabia is a despotic monarchy. Saudi money funds a great many terrorist organizations. They push for a very extreme version of Islam that also helps to fuel terrorism. They were politically useful because they have oil and america needed that oil. But as the world desperately needs to get off of oil, not to mention that america now makes alot more oil than they used to, the importance they once had is diminished and will hopefully continue to diminish.
Their oil still gives them influence. Their money gives them alot more money than it should (trump and kushner love saudi money) but no one should be fooled into thinking that the Saudi's are friends or allies. They have some strategic interests that align with american foreign policy, but they are just as much of a threat to america as Iran. Perhaps more so.
They are also currently engaged in a genocidal war of oppression in Yemen. If any other middle eastern power were doing the things the Saudi's are doing, america would be calling them the axis of evil. But because the Saudi's spread their money around, that is not the case.
