I believe there are 3 different types of love. I don't know the Greek spellings so I'm going to use the best English interpretation. Phileo the type of love you feel towards a friend ( We get Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love from this). The there is Eros which is a romantic Lind of love. The first two types usually deal with what you can get out of the relationship though and don't always last. The last type is Agape the type of love God has for us. This is not a self serving type of love but rather a sacrificial type. Rather than let look for what you can get out of the relationship you look for what you can give. This is the type that lasts.
Love is what gives you relief from your monotonous schedule. When life takes a wrong turn where nothing feels good if a person comes in your that monotonous life and you can share your feelings with him or her , talk to him or her whenever you want someone to talk to , it becomes a place of comfort for you with him or her and ofcourse as a human we would always choose comfort over hardship and this fact paves way to LOVE
Wait, do you mean Rick, from the animated series, Rick & Morty?
That's lust not love
where one cares for the other, does not matter if they know each other, where One's movements becomes his/her reactions, where you can say I can spend my life by seeing you, listening, imagining you, where one's idea or thinking or decision becomes other's research topic how she /he is saying, so let's go deeper in her/his life, condition, events, not an argument then you can say it is love, just like my mom I said I love smoking, she was looking for an explanation, she thought it was break up, then I explained her it was nothing like that, just a bad habit then I was thrown out .
love is a chemical reaction in our brain that encourages us to breed - Rick Sanchez
Attraction is lust. Love is a bundle of shared virtues
love is nothing but attraction
