I think He would look just like what you would expect. All of us have different ideas when it comes to his image.
Religion tells us that He is a greater being, no matter what religion that is. So basically, He is not equatable to that of a human. A human has an absolute face, even if it changes, he/she still have a definite face. But I believe that a higher being, Who is not bounded by the rules of reality as we are, is capable of being fluid.
There are beliefs that the higher being is a stream of all of our consciousness, therefore, His image changes per the expectation of the one looking at Him.
His acts and decisions on the other hand, are all a different story. Different religions will tell you different things. Different beliefs will try to explain to you different reasons/effect of His decision. What I think will differ from what you think, therefore I cannot storytell you something you would believe 100%.
But if you ask me, I would say He created us. And I'm thankful for that.
I think that if he exists then he made a right mess of this world and its inhabitants. So I don't like him/her/it. If they exist. If they don't exist, then I hate most of humanity including myself. So I basically hate everyone.
