No. It dosen't infringe on anyone's freedom. Imaginary future individuals don't have rights.
If every single female in earth denied reproduction to all males, then it would be reasonable to encourage and then force couples to reproduce in order to carry on our species. It will take a while to get to that point though.
Just imagine, all girls deny sex to their bfs. But sex is an important aspect of human reproduction. Should the government interfere and force the women in that senario?
