Clinton acted improperly. Nixon acted illegally. there is a huge difference there. this shouldn't even be a debate.
Because you feel Nixon was upfront and honest?
Clinton using a private email server has the potential to cause problems. Nixon abusing his power is a problem no matter what.
And the fact that she lies time and time again makes it more and more strange of the "why" she did this.
One is against policy for security reasons. The other is illegal and immoral. Nixon was worse.
Still...You cannot put classified information in a unsecured emailserver....it is too easy to access it from the outside...thats why it is against government policy...thesr rules were put their for a reason...and she admitted to using the server and just shruged it off and said sorry in a non remorseful way.
it's a definite possibility that you're actually a murderer, but since I have no reason to believe that, I'm not going to add that to my collection of things that I consider my beliefs. People believe what they want I guess, no point.
And to be clear Nixion "Was not a crook"
Just kidding...We all know what Nixion did was unjustifiably bad...but he did do some swell things while in office...Unlike Hillary...who has done nothing while serving as Secretary if state...
Ok...*sigh*...she admitted to using a private email server while serving as Secretary of state...that is aganced government policy...The FBI deemed some of the emails that they could recover classified material...when the FBI did get to the email server it was wiped...A reporter asked Hillary if she had or asked some one to wipe the server she responded "Like with a cloth?"...she played dumb and acted like the reporter had a problem...And im not saying that other governments definitely have the classified material...Im saying it is a definite possibility...
Its not even in the same league as Nixon.
My apologies. in that case it is even less of a question. as far as anyone can tell she violated no laws. there is no evidence she sent emails that contained important information. and also no evidence that any emails were intercepted by foreign governments. in short there is no real scandal to speak of. it wasn't the proper thing to do but she didn't break any rules.
there's absolutely zero evidence she leaked classified information to other countries, but you have made your judgment on the subject anyway... Just the epitome of how Americans come to conclusions now, insane.
But the FBI,CIA,and IRA do not have to adhere to the jurisdiction of the president...they are to blame too...Hillary has no one to blame but herself. She breached national security and now the russians,North Koreans, and china may or may not have classified information. At least Nixon didn't leak classified info that could pose a threat to the US; And at least nixon actuly did positive things while in office.
And the Supreme Court cannot make the laws. They broke this rule as Nixon did with the FBI.
And...No president can use the Fbi...he has no jurisdiction there.
Sorry I didn't make this clear...I was talking about the Hillary Clinton Email scandel.
He also used the CIA, FBI, and IRS to harass and discredit anyone who he mistrusted. which was alot if people. Nixon committed numerous, serious crimes. and lied to cover them up. Clinton cheated on his wife. and lied to cover it up. the only law Clinton might have broken was lying about it. Nixon's breach of trust was 100 times worse than Clinton's.
How is this even a question? one guy had an affair. crappy but not illegal. one hired goons to break into and spy on his political rivals. it's not even comparable.
