There is a famous idiom saying "Talk less do more". This idiom means that saying too much just makes the situation become more complicated. On the other hand, taking actions improve the situation to be better. In other words, taking actions is more important than just saying things. So, what you do is more important than what you say.
I've seen mere words have profound effects on people's lives. Words can be both incredibly hurtful and incredibly encouraging to one's life. Granted, one's actions can make one's word's hypocritical, but that doesn't mean what one says isn't important.
