Sure but the inverse is also true.
Boris Johnson is the kind of politician who would sell his own mother if it got him a little more power. He doesn't care about Britain. He doesn't care about the people. He wants to undermine the NHS. There is a great deal to be angry about.
And with Trump, he lost the popular vote by millions. The fact that the majority of americans didn't choose him to be president is good reason to be upset. The only reason he is president is because a system was put in place to make some votes matter more than others. Also he is a racist, misogynist, asshole who wants to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. There was alot of reasons to be angry about that too.
But as nemiroff pointed out, the right lost it when obama won. They called him illegitimate. They called him a kenyan muslim. They constantly said "not my president". The right is always super sensitive and triggered, but then projects that onto others.
i dont remember riots or protests over florida.
but trump wasnt the only republican, yet the only outrage. thus it isnt the loss of an election that sparked outrage, but the quality of the elected one.
Trump is a Republican so....
Actually, yes. They had a meltdown when Bush won. Remember Florida? The left really didn't want him to win. They even talked about impeaching Bush.
or was trump the first non democrat president?
did the have a meltdown over the election of any other president?
Again I must remind you that it wasn't a democratic process. Neither the King or Parliament were voted for by the colonies. However, our elections are democratic and the left can never take a loss without having a breakdown. ????????
The tea was not private property, it was government owned.
I was going to take that back, but I remember that everyone lost their mind when Trump won in more ways than just rioting. One example is they wanted to impeach him before he was even sworn in. And all the MSM were in tears and having a meltdown. So yeah, losing their minds in a majority.
btw, you said left losses their mind when the wins elections, plural. implying all of them. i dont remember many protests against bush or most elections. just the insane ones.
they absolutely destroyed private property... the tea.
the founding fathers didnt just riot, they revolted. and isnt that exactly what the people in your link are suggesting?
Also the Boston Tea Party wasn't after a democratic election.
The Boston Tea Party was not a riot. It didn't destroy private property and they didn't tangle with police. Second, most Founding Father's didn't appreciate the way the Son's of Liberty did things.
Boston tea party?
No, our Founding Father's were against rioting.
isnt that what our founding fathers did tho?
I wasn't talking about"not my president" I am talking about mobs clashing with police, riots, ext.
cant speak for england, but "not my president" was started by conservatives during Obama. at best this behavior is bipartisan.
