When we are sick, it means we are not in a good condition and there is something wrong with our body. It’s a signal that our body needs some rest. We should not push ourselves to do many activities because pushing ourselves will only worsen our condition. By taking some rest, we can recover quickly and of course, we also have to go to the doctor.

As a society we tend to take care of others before ourselves. You have to stop and take care of yourself sometimes. Work and everything else can wait. Take care of yourself so you have something to offer.
