I've never been to either of those. Hope you can! I hate long drives. Haha. But I love long flights. As for plane issues. So true. Haha. I remeber thinking I,was going to die from turbulence one time.

Still love it!

I'm going to Prague on Monday! and atm honestly I think I'm more excited just to get on a plane again!! haven't been on one for ages. well when I flew to London in the summer I did, but it was only a little plane - internal flights use tiny planes. So excited to get on a big jet! last time was when I went to Turkey in 2010!

I'll definitely go on a plane one day, I think I'll go to Hawaii or Australia.

3 years, 9 months ago

nah, I don't have a fear of planes, but I've never really needed to go somewhere that requires a plane. a long car ride seems better to me.
1. much cheaper
2. no strangers next to you
3. much cleaner
4. I like to control things, on a plane I would have no control.
5. better food, I can stop at any restaurant I want when driving.
6. faster in a car.
a. plane requires more planning, ticket buying, confirmation of ticket.
b. driving to the airport, parking, tacking a service ect.
c airport security checks
d. sitting on the plane for 1 hour before you take off.
e. once landed you need to find your bags, and rent a car/get a ride to your hotel.
f. driving you get in your car and drive.
7. airplanes only allow certain types of bags, weight of bags, number of bags. or it could end up costing extra. a car you can fit a lot more stuff.
8. a flight can be delayed due to things that one can drive through, or for some stupid reason.

That's crazy Alex. I hope you can one day! Do you have a fear of planes or just never wanted to go?

I love flight myself and have always enjoyed travel.

I've never been outside this country, and I've never been on a plane.

I don't know why, but you striked me as one of those really cultured types thar have been everywhere, Dave. Btw. I loved Italy when I went.

3 years, 9 months ago

I can't say for sure that I would want to live there, but I would at least like to visit Italy. There is so much history and cultural landmarks, as well as amazing food and drink.

3 years, 9 months ago

would go there because
1. it is warm
2. it has great beaches
3. it has great golf courses
4. it is warm
5. christmass Is in the summer.

I really have no idea about the goverment there, and I will never leave the US, even if bernie gets elected

But see as much as I like that country, I hear that they are actually more xenophobic then americans.

3 years, 9 months ago

Same here, Alex!

I'd move to Australia because it's a good place to raise kids. The government helps a lot with finances and I could be almost certain that, if my children did ever fall into poverty, it wouldn't be because of the government. I've actually been looking into dual citizenship.

Australia

like so many Brits I'd move to Spain, but not just because if the sun, I'd move there because I speak the language, and love the culture, also my grandparents live there!

3 years, 9 months ago

Not sure. All I really know are stereotypes and basic economies and edu so... idk. I love America too much to leave to be honest.
