There comes a time in which you cannot blame white people for the lack of success in the minority community. America is special. Anybody who is determined can succeed no matter you race. I see it all the time. African-Americans do not succeed because a large majority were not educated properly. African-Americans dropping out or not getting good grades is not the fault of white people. The social structure of alot, not all, African-Americans is built around rap and being a G. That does not prepare you to succeed in life nor gives you the neccesary requirements for jobs. That is all I have too say.
