I don't know enough detail on the situation to say that I agree or disagree that the kurds should have their own state. But i'm pretty sure turkey will do anything and everything in their power to prevent it.
well, as a Kurdish myself. I respect that. There are a lot of US-backed terrorists in Turkey which are trying to create a Kurdish ethno state in Turkey
that's the big problem. if the US helps the Kurds, it would help fight Isis but they might get their own state. This would inspire Kurds in Turkey and Turkey would end our alliance
Because they don't want a large chunk of their country to declare independence. if the Kurds get their own state in Iraq or Syria then it will spark a civil war in Turkey.
