Bank is not the only institution that can provide capitals. There are so many ways to raise capital beside borrowing money from bank. We can borrow money from our family or friends or we can invite investors to invest their money in our business. In short, we should not depend on banks to raise capital.
There's always private investors, angel investors, micro-lending organizations and even Kickstarter.
