Like the saying, "You don't know what you've got until it's gone", health is a precious commodity we tend to waste in our youth and miss in our golden years. A health scare will make some people stop and think, but too many people continue to smoke and drink, overeat and live sedentary lifestyles. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Sometimes we don’t really think of how precious our health is until we get ill. We tend to force ourselves to do plenty of activities each day. We work or study so hard that we sometimes forget to take care of our body. As a result, our physical condition deteriorates and we get sick. When that happens, we regret for not taking care of ourselves and we finally realize how precious our health is.
