Only if you're narcissistic should you feel the need to worship you body
In Hinduism era, temple is just like a palace in England. I absolutely agree my body is my temple. My body is my investment to the future which means by doing exercise regularly I can keep our health until we get old. I must take care of my body because I can’t do some activities with my bad condition.
Does that mean we should worship in ourselves? How do you do that? What does that even mean?
