Your children will annoy you, your spouse will annoy you, your siblings, parents, coworkers, and neighbors will annoy you. Everyone has moments that will annoy you, that's completely normal. That doesn't mean that you don't love your family, just that they, and you, are human.

Kids are the best creature that God has given to the parents. They are the best gift ever. Sometimes they are annoyed but as a parent, you should face it wisely. Not everyday your kid annoys you, doesn't him? He/she often times is the reason of your smile. When you are tired after working a full day at an office, then you come home, see your kids standing in front of you, hug you and suddenly the smile appears on your face, he/she lets your stress go away. In fact, most parents will give their full attention to the kids even for the most annoyed kids.

It's OK, it doesn't mean you don't love them.
